Terms of Use

Effective date: August 25, 2026
Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of madewithcohesion.com (the “Site”) operated by Cohesion Studio LLC (“Cohesion Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Cohesion Studio, including our brand strategy, design, web-development, and hosting-related services; examples of our work; and ways to inquire about or schedule a conversation with us.

The Site is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. Content on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, technical, hosting-security, or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

No Client Relationship

Using the Site, sending an inquiry, scheduling an introductory call, downloading materials, or communicating with us does not create a client, agency, contractor, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

A client relationship begins only when both parties enter into a separate written agreement that defines the applicable scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities, and other project terms.

Project Terms

Any design, strategy, development, hosting, maintenance, or other services provided by Cohesion Studio are subject to a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, hosting agreement, invoice, or other applicable agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized data
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, hosting environment, or network
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, server, systems, accounts, or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract Site content or data without our written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or unlawful content
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Use the Site for spam, unsolicited marketing, or other improper commercial activity

We may suspend or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created a risk to the Site, our systems, users, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents—including text, branding, names, logos, graphics, photography, layouts, designs, code, interfaces, illustrations, case studies, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Cohesion Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print Site materials for your personal or internal business-evaluation purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

“Cohesion Studio,” associated logos, and related names, marks, and identifiers may be trademarks of Cohesion Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use them without written consent.

Portfolio and Case Studies

Case studies, portfolio examples, process descriptions, projected timelines, testimonials, and outcomes shown on the Site are illustrative. They do not guarantee that any future project will achieve similar results.

Client work may include materials owned by clients or third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights and permissions applicable to them and may not be reused without authorization.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including Cal.com, Google, HubSpot, and other platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, availability, security, or data practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their applicable terms.

Payments for Cohesion Studio services may be requested or processed through third-party payment providers, including Melio. Payment obligations, due dates, deposits, refunds, late fees, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, or hosting agreement—not these Terms of Use.

Your use of Melio or another third-party payment service is subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, verification requirements, and transaction procedures. Cohesion Studio is not responsible for the availability, acts, omissions, processing delays, security practices, or policies of a third-party payment provider.

Seamless Hosting portal

Cohesion Studio may provide hosting, managed website, maintenance, support, and related services through Seamless Hosting. Clients may access certain hosting-service functions through my.seamlesshosting.co, a branded client portal powered by Upmind.

The portal may allow clients to access account details, view invoices, manage subscriptions, submit support requests, review service information, update contact details, and manage payment methods, depending on the services purchased and permissions assigned to the account.

Hosting services are governed by separate Seamless Hosting service terms, an order form, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other applicable written agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the hosting-specific agreement controls.

Recurring billing and renewals

Hosting plans, maintenance plans, domains, licenses, and related recurring services may renew automatically at the billing interval stated in the applicable order, invoice, client portal, or service agreement unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

By enrolling in a recurring service and authorizing automatic payments, you authorize Seamless Hosting and its applicable payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and other authorized charges when due.

We may send renewal, payment-failure, invoice, or account-status notices using the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact, billing, and payment information current.

Failed payments, suspension, and termination

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, overdue, or otherwise not received when due, we may retry the payment where authorized, send a payment reminder, suspend access to some or all hosting services, disable related features, or terminate services in accordance with the applicable hosting agreement and applicable law.

Suspension or termination may affect website availability, email, backups, DNS, domains, and access to related account materials. To the extent permitted by law and the applicable hosting agreement, Cohesion Studio is not responsible for losses arising from a suspension or termination caused by nonpayment, failed payment, inaccurate account information, prohibited use, or a client’s failure to maintain required credentials or third-party services.

Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your portal login credentials, maintaining the accuracy of account information, and controlling access to users associated with your account. You must promptly notify us at support@seamlesshosting.co of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or unauthorized billing activity.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account by you, your authorized users, or any person who gains access because account credentials were not adequately protected.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, or network.

We may update Site content, including service descriptions, pricing references, availability, examples, and other information, at any time. Information may not always be complete, current, or free from errors.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cohesion Studio and its owner, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
