Fit & engagement model
B2B founders and marketing leaders who need a credible brand and website built in weeks, not months. This typically includes pre-seed and seed-stage ventures, growing technology companies whose presence has outgrown their brand, and established teams leading a repositioning or relaunch. If you are preparing for a launch, funding milestone, new market, or sales push, the sprint model is built for you.
Companies that want open-ended, scopeless agency work, rapid iteration without defined decisions, or the lowest possible price regardless of outcome. Cohesion Studio is a senior-led, fixed-scope practice. It works best for teams that can name a decision-maker, provide materials on time, and commit to a defined production window.
Yes. Brandon leads the strategy, design direction, and build on every engagement. There are no account layers, junior handoffs, or separate teams translating the vision. You work with the person shaping the work from the first conversation through live deployment.
Cohesion Studio runs one primary design and build engagement at a time during an active sprint. That focused attention is what makes the timeline possible, and it is why timely decisions from your team are part of the agreement.
Choosing a sprint
If you have a strong brand and need a custom website, the Web Sprint is the fit. If your brand is inconsistent, outdated, or incomplete, the Brand Sprint creates the identity system first. If you need both, the Cohesion Launch Sprint combines them into one continuous engagement. Early-stage founders with an existing logo who need a credible one-page launch presence can start with the Launchpad Sprint.
The Launchpad Sprint refines and applies an existing logo or wordmark within a one-page launch site. It does not create a new identity system. The Brand Sprint builds a complete, reusable visual identity: logo system, typography, color, and guidelines. If you need a portable brand your team can use across channels, that is the Brand Sprint.
Absolutely. The Web Sprint is designed for companies with an established brand identity that need a website aligned with the quality of their product. If your brand needs sharpening before a web build, we will recommend the Brand Sprint or the Cohesion Launch Sprint rather than building on a weak foundation.
Yes, when it is legitimate. Each sprint reflects the scope shown; additional pages, complex integrations, ecommerce, migrations, or expanded functionality are scoped separately and quoted before work begins. We will tell you clearly when a need falls outside the sprint rather than silently expanding it.
Scope, timelines & deliverables
The Launchpad Sprint runs 2 weeks. The Brand Sprint runs 2–3 weeks. The Web Sprint runs 5–7 weeks, and the Cohesion Launch Sprint runs 8–9 weeks. These timelines hold when decisions and materials arrive on schedule. The sprint model depends on both sides moving with intent.
A focused brand workshop, positioning and visual-direction alignment, a complete visual identity (logo system, typography, color, and core design elements), brand guidelines, and foundational templates for sales decks and social content. The result is a reusable system your team can apply consistently.
Website strategy, on-page messaging refinement, and content structure; custom design reviewed before development; a responsive WordPress site (typically up to five core pages); performance tuning, mobile testing, and launch support; and 12 months of complimentary Pioneer-tier managed hosting through Seamless Hosting.
We shape messaging, content structure, and page-level copy from your source material, but we are not writing your product documentation, long-form thought leadership, or full marketing library inside a sprint. The best results come when you bring existing materials, even if rough, and we refine them into a clear narrative.
The more usable material you bring, including an existing logo, pitch deck, product descriptions, audience definition, customer quotes, and any brand assets, the more of your sprint budget goes into design and build rather than discovery. You do not need everything polished; rough source material is fine as long as it exists. If key inputs are missing, we will tell you before kickoff and adjust the scope or timeline rather than discovering the gap mid-sprint.
The Launchpad Sprint does not include original logo design, a visual identity system, brand guidelines, or reusable brand assets. Across all sprints, ecommerce, third-party integrations, migrations, advanced functionality, and expanded content production are scoped separately. Ongoing changes after launch are handled through a separate support arrangement, not an open-ended revision window.
Process & collaboration
If the fit is right, we confirm scope, timeline, and investment, then reserve a dedicated production window. Before kickoff we lock in the decision-maker, gather required materials, and align on positioning so the sprint starts with momentum rather than discovery.
We share key milestones through concise recorded walkthroughs, so your team can review on its own schedule. One primary contact returns consolidated feedback, and each review is designed to resolve the decisions needed to move confidently into the next stage.
Each sprint includes focused refinement at its planned review points. We incorporate feedback that develops the approved direction; unlimited rounds, new directions, or revisiting decisions already approved are not included.
If feedback materially changes the agreed strategy, scope, page count, functionality, or approved direction, we will flag it before proceeding and scope the additional work separately. That keeps the work moving, the timeline credible, and the investment clear.
Yes. One primary contact collects internal feedback and provides clear direction at each milestone. This prevents conflicting input and is one of three working agreements that keep the timeline intact.
Consolidated feedback is due within one business day of a milestone review. Your sprint is a dedicated production window. If feedback or required materials are delayed, work pauses and resumes in the next available production block. This protects your timeline and every active client’s.
You get a dedicated Slack channel for quick questions, decisions, and updates. Live sessions are scheduled only when a conversation will genuinely move the work forward, with a clear purpose, agenda, and next steps, rather than filling the calendar with status meetings.
Hosting, launch & support
Qualifying website projects include 12 months of complimentary managed hosting through Seamless Hosting: Founder-tier with the Launchpad Sprint and Pioneer-tier with the Web Sprint and Cohesion Launch Sprint. This covers dependable performance, security, and support after launch.
Hosting renews annually at the end of the complimentary term. Optional optimization and ongoing support are available separately. You will know the renewal arrangement before launch, not after.
Every new WordPress site is built in a staging environment on Seamless Hosting. You may transfer the finished site to a different host, but we are not responsible for breakage, performance loss, or compatibility issues that result from the move. If you have a specific hosting requirement, raise it on the intro call and we will tell you plainly whether it fits before we start.
Every website includes a 14-day post-launch bug-fix window for reproducible issues related to the original site development. This covers defects in the delivered build, not new requests, content changes, design revisions, additional functionality, or changes caused by third-party platforms.
Managed hosting, platform updates, backups, security, and technical support are handled separately through Seamless Hosting. Cohesion Studio is available for business-driven website changes, including new pages, content updates, messaging refinements, campaign work, and strategic optimization.
Yes. If your business expects regular website, messaging, or brand work after launch, you can reserve ongoing Cohesion Studio capacity rather than reopening a new project for every update. These optional engagements are for planned growth work, not hosting maintenance or technical support.
Growth Support — $950/month: For teams that need regular, focused improvements. Includes up to four hours of reserved Cohesion Studio capacity each month for website updates, messaging refinements, campaign support, design adjustments, and strategic optimization.
Cohesion Partner — $1,950/month: For teams with an active launch, sales push, evolving product, or ongoing brand and website priorities. Includes up to 10 hours of reserved monthly capacity, priority scheduling, and a monthly planning session.
Both engagements begin with a three-month commitment. Work outside the included capacity is scoped separately or billed at the current hourly rate with approval before work begins.
For hosting, security, backups, updates, uptime, or other technical support, contact Seamless Hosting at support@seamlesshosting.co. For new website content, pages, messaging, design, campaign work, or strategic improvements, contact Cohesion Studio.
Pricing & booking
Yes. Each sprint has a defined investment published on the Sprints page for the scope shown. The Launchpad and Brand Sprints are firm fixed prices; the Web Sprint and Launch Bundle can carry legitimate scope additions when a site is more complex, and those are quoted before work begins. You will always know the investment before we start.
Additional pages beyond the included count, complex integrations, ecommerce, migrations, advanced functionality, third-party tools, and expanded content production are outside the standard scope. Anything outside the listed scope is quoted separately and agreed upon before work begins. There are no surprise invoices.
Book a 30-minute intro call, and we will confirm fit, scope, and the fastest realistic path to launch. Because Cohesion Studio takes on one primary engagement at a time, availability is limited. Reserving a window early is the most reliable way to protect your target launch date.
Standard terms include a deposit to reserve the production window, with the balance tied to milestones. If your company needs a different structure, such as net terms aligned to a funding event, raise it on the intro call and we will see if it fits.
